About the role

We are seeking an experienced International Customer Support Agent with a natural or near‑native British accent to join our office in Johar Town, Lahore. The role involves handling high‑volume inbound and outbound calls for UK‑based clients, ensuring clear communication and high satisfaction.

Key responsibilities

• Manage multiple inbound and outbound international calls efficiently.
• Communicate confidently with UK customers, understanding their needs and providing accurate information.
• Collaborate with internal teams to resolve issues and improve service quality.
• Meet performance metrics related to call handling and service quality.

Required profile

• Minimum 3 years of experience in call support or customer service in an international setting.
• Prior experience working with British clients.
• Ability to handle high call volumes with professionalism.
• Strong command of English with a British or near‑native British accent.

Required skills

• Proficiency with CRM tools.
• Experience using call‑handling software.
