International Export Manager - Medical Devices

About the role

A confidential client based in Sialkot is looking for an International Export Manager for medical devices. The role covers the efficient and compliant international distribution of surgical instruments, coordinating with distributors and channel partners to optimise exports and support business growth. It does not involve direct team management but requires close collaboration across departments and with external partners.

Key responsibilities

• Ensure compliance with export laws, regulations and trade agreements governing the shipment of surgical instruments
• Prepare and review export documents such as commercial invoices, packing lists, certificates of origin and customs declarations
• Coordinate customs clearance and liaise with customs brokers to resolve issues quickly
• Manage relationships with distributors and channel partners
• Monitor shipment schedules and logistics to ensure timely delivery to international customers
• Keep up to date on global trade regulations and implement changes to stay compliant
• Collaborate with sales, logistics and finance teams to streamline export operations
• Analyse export performance metrics and prepare reports for strategic decisions
• Identify and mitigate risks in export transactions and help develop export policies and procedures

Required profile

• At least three years of relevant experience in export management, preferably in the medical device or manufacturing sectors
• Detail-oriented approach and strong organisational skills to handle complex export operations and regulatory requirements
