International Property Advisor – US Night Shift

About the role

We are looking for an International Property Advisor to generate sales opportunities, build strong client relationships, and guide customers through their property investment journey on a night shift schedule.

Key responsibilities

• Generate and qualify new leads through calls, referrals, networking, and marketing campaigns.
• Maintain a robust sales pipeline using the company’s CRM system.
• Conduct client consultations, property presentations, meetings, and virtual sessions.
• Follow up with prospects, nurture relationships, and achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
• Coordinate with marketing and operations teams to support campaigns and client events.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Real Estate or related field (preferred).
• 1‑2 years of experience in real estate sales, property consultancy, or other customer‑facing sales roles.
• Strong communication, negotiation and relationship‑building abilities.
• Ability to work night shift and handle international clients.

Required skills

• Proficiency in English (must).
• Experience with CRM systems for managing sales pipelines.
