International Sales Cold Caller (Hybrid, Lahore)

About the role

This full-time position is a hybrid role based in Lahore, offering some work-from-home flexibility. As an International Sales Cold Caller you will reach out to prospects worldwide, introduce Codistix’s technology services and qualify leads according to their business needs.

Key responsibilities

• Make outbound calls to international prospects and present Codistix’s web, app and digital solutions.
• Qualify leads by assessing their requirements and schedule follow-up calls or online meetings for the sales team.
• Manage call lists, follow structured sales scripts and update CRM records after each interaction.
• Collaborate with sales and marketing colleagues to refine messaging, share market feedback and support targeted campaigns.
• Consistently achieve daily and weekly call and conversion targets while maintaining professional, courteous and culturally aware communication.

Required profile

• Strong verbal communication and active listening skills with a clear, confident phone presence in English.
• Experience in outbound calling, telesales or lead generation, preferably in international markets.
• Basic understanding of IT and technology services such as web development, app development and digital solutions.
• Ability to work in a hybrid setup in Lahore, manage time effectively and meet performance targets.
• Customer-focused mindset, resilience to rejection and a proactive problem-solving attitude.
• Minimum high school diploma; a bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing or a related field is preferred.

Required skills

• Proficiency with CRM tools for tracking calls and managing leads.
• Competence in standard office productivity software.
