International Sales & Lead Generation Executive

About the role

Digital Difference is looking for a motivated and confident International Sales & Lead Generation Executive to join its team in Karachi.

Key responsibilities

• Research and identify potential clients in the US.
• Generate new business leads through LinkedIn, email, social media, online directories, and other channels.
• Contact potential clients through calls, emails, LinkedIn, and other communication platforms.
• Understand client requirements and identify potential opportunities.
• Follow up with prospects consistently.
• Maintain accurate records of leads and communication.
• Schedule meetings between interested prospects and the sales team.
• Meet daily and monthly lead-generation targets.
• Work with the team to improve outreach and conversion strategies.

Required profile

• Good spoken and written English.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Confidence in communicating with international clients.
• Basic understanding of online platforms such as LinkedIn and email.
• Self‑motivated and target‑oriented.
• Previous sales, telemarketing, business development, or lead‑generation experience is a plus.
• Comfortable approaching strangers, resilient to rejection, and willing to consistently search for and approach potential international clients.
