International Sales Representative – Design Sales (Night Shift)

About the role

Experts Communication is looking for a motivated International Sales Representative to drive design‑related sales for international clients. The role focuses on front‑end sales, upselling design solutions and achieving monthly revenue targets while working the night shift.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and execute sales strategies to meet monthly targets of USD 5,000–15,000.
• Generate and convert leads from platforms such as Bark.com and Discord.
• Conduct outbound calls to promote services and acquire new clients.
• Build and maintain long‑term client relationships through effective communication and follow‑ups.
• Identify upselling opportunities and deliver tailored design solutions.
• Manage the sales pipeline and report progress to senior management.
• Support project management by coordinating client requirements and design specifications.

Required profile

• Minimum 2 years of front‑end sales experience in the design/web/development sector.
• Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
• Excellent verbal and written communication, negotiation and closing skills.
• Self‑motivated, results‑driven and able to work independently.
• Strong time‑management and ability to lead small teams.
• Willingness to work night shifts (7 PM – 4 AM).
