International Sales & Support Agent (Evening/Night Shift)

About the role

Join a dynamic international sales team that operates on an evening/night schedule. You will engage prospects in English, promote IT services, and help generate qualified leads for the company.

Key responsibilities

• Make outbound cold calls to potential clients in international markets.
• Deliver a compelling sales pitch and generate interest in the company’s IT solutions.
• Qualify leads according to company criteria before handing them over to the sales team.
• Maintain high call volumes while meeting daily, weekly, and monthly KPIs.
• Handle objections professionally and close sales effectively.
• Log customer details and call outcomes accurately in the CRM system.
• Collaborate with teammates to maximise conversions and revenue.

Required profile

• Fluent English with a neutral or near‑native accent.
• Minimum six months experience in cold calling, sales or lead generation.
• Strong communication, persuasion and objection‑handling abilities.
• Punctuality and strict adherence to shift timings (starting at 9 PM).
• Goal‑oriented mindset, resilience to rejection and a team‑player attitude.

Required skills

• Experience with CRM tools (preferred).

What we offer

• Base salary of 100,000 PKR.
• Commission structure leading to average monthly earnings of 120,000‑150,000 PKR.
• Evening/night shift schedule starting at 9 PM.
