Intern/Trainee – Internal Firm Services

About the role

Join PwC’s Internal Firm Services team in Karachi as an Intern/Trainee. You will support the Independence & Compliance function, helping the firm manage regulatory requirements and maintain audit independence. This role offers exposure to managed services, process optimisation and compliance monitoring within a global professional services environment.

Key responsibilities

• Assist in monitoring and documenting compliance activities across the firm.
• Support the transition and ongoing management of outsourced services.
• Help analyse performance data and identify opportunities for continuous improvement.
• Collaborate with delivery teams to track programme milestones and commercial aspects.
• Prepare basic reports for internal stakeholders on compliance and service delivery.

Required profile

• Current university student or recent graduate interested in professional services.
• Strong analytical mindset with attention to detail.
• Effective communication skills and ability to work in a team.
• Interest in regulatory compliance, risk management or internal audit.

Required skills

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
