Inventory Control & Warehouse Executive

About the role

We are looking for a responsible and organized Inventory Control & Warehouse Executive to oversee stock operations, maintain accurate inventory records, and support efficient warehouse activities at our Sialkot facility.

Key responsibilities

• Monitor and manage inventory levels for raw materials and finished products.
• Conduct regular stock checks, audits, and inventory reconciliations.
• Coordinate purchase orders and communicate with suppliers regarding stock requirements.
• Ensure proper storage, handling, and organization of inventory to minimize losses or damage.
• Prepare inventory reports and stock‑related updates for management.
• Implement and improve inventory control procedures and warehouse practices.
• Collaborate with production, purchasing, and warehouse teams to maintain smooth stock flow.
• Maintain accurate documentation and inventory records within ERP systems.

Required profile

• Master’s degree or equivalent qualification.
• Minimum three years of experience in inventory management, warehouse operations, or stock control.
• Familiarity with ERP software such as Odoo or similar inventory systems.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and reporting tools.
• Strong attention to detail, organizational abilities, and problem‑solving skills.
