Inventory Hard Count Executive

About the role

The Inventory Hard Count Executive will conduct virtual and physical inventory audits of mobile devices and accessories across designated store locations for a leading telecom client. Working night shifts, the role ensures inventory accuracy by reconciling physical stock with system records and resolving any discrepancies.

Key responsibilities

• Perform accurate counts of mobile phones, SIM cards, and accessories at store level, recording serial numbers and device types.
• Reconcile physical inventory with POS system data, investigate and document mismatches, missing or damaged items.
• Coordinate with security and department heads to gain access and validate inventory.
• Prepare detailed audit reports, maintain asset records, and monitor recurring discrepancy trends.
• Support continuous improvement of inventory control processes and ensure compliance with documentation standards.

• Excellent communication and coordination skills.
• Ability to maintain confidentiality of sensitive inventory information.
