Investment Advisor

About the role

The Investment Advisor will guide individuals and businesses in selecting suitable Takaful and investment solutions that meet their financial goals, risk appetite, and Shariah‑compliant requirements. This is a full‑time, on‑site position based in Chārsadda.

Key responsibilities

• Assess client needs and develop tailored financial plans.
• Explain product features and benefits, recommending appropriate investment strategies from PQFTL’s portfolio.
• Maintain strong client relationships through regular portfolio reviews and timely follow‑ups.
• Collaborate with internal teams to stay updated on product enhancements, regulatory changes, and market trends.
• Meet sales and service targets while adhering to ethical and regulatory standards.

Required profile

• Strong financial planning and finance skills with the ability to analyze client needs.
• Knowledge of investments and strategies, preferably within Islamic finance and Takaful products.
• Proven customer service abilities, including relationship management and post‑sale support.
• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Business, Economics or related field; relevant certifications in Islamic finance are a plus.
• Understanding of Shariah‑compliant financial products and willingness to work within ethical frameworks.
• Strong numerical, analytical and presentation skills.
• Ability to work on‑site in Chārsadda and collaborate with cross‑functional teams.
