IT Business Development Manager (Remote)

About the role

We are looking for a results‑driven IT Business Development Manager to expand our client base and drive revenue across software development, AI, mobile apps, web development, digital marketing and cloud services. The role is fully remote and focuses on both local and international markets.

Key responsibilities

• Generate qualified leads through LinkedIn, email, cold calling and networking.
• Identify and approach potential clients in Pakistan, UAE, Australia and other regions.
• Prepare proposals, quotations and client presentations.
• Manage the complete sales cycle from lead generation to deal closure.
• Build and maintain long‑term client relationships and a healthy sales pipeline.
• Collaborate with technical teams to scope projects and create accurate estimates.
• Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.

Required profile

• Minimum 3 years of business development or sales experience in IT/software services.
• Proven ability to generate qualified leads via LinkedIn, email, cold calling and networking.
• Experience selling software development, AI solutions, mobile apps, web development, digital marketing or cloud services.
• Track record of managing the full sales cycle and closing deals.
• Strong proposal, quotation and presentation skills.
• Fluent English for communication with international clients.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Computer Science, IT or a related field.
