IT & Compliance Officer (Night Shift)

About the role

Maven Insights is looking for a technically capable and detail‑oriented IT & Compliance Officer to support IT operations, call‑center software, website and database management, reporting, and compliance activities across nine client branches.

Key responsibilities

• Troubleshoot hardware, software, network and system issues and ensure smooth operation of IT systems.
• Assist with website development, updates, maintenance and manage databases, ensuring data accuracy and security.
• Support call‑center software, CRM systems, user access, configuration and generate operational reports.
• Prepare Excel spreadsheets, operational reports, management presentations and maintain documentation.
• Assist in IT audits, ISO and PCI DSS compliance, maintain records and track corrective actions.
• Visit client branches in Rawalpindi, Islamabad and surrounding areas to provide on‑site IT and compliance support.

Required profile

• Bachelor's degree in IT, Computer Science, Software Engineering or related field.
• Strong analytical, communication and problem‑solving abilities.
• Own a motorcycle and willingness to travel regularly to client sites.
• Available to work the full night shift from 7:00 PM to 7:00 AM.

Required skills

• Microsoft Excel, Word and PowerPoint.
• Website development and database management.
• Call‑center software and CRM system knowledge.
• IT troubleshooting and basic IT audit concepts.
• Understanding of ISO standards and PCI DSS requirements.

What we offer

• Probation salary PKR 65,000 per month; post‑probation PKR 75,000 per month.
