IT Executive

About the role

The IT Executive will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of all IT infrastructure and digital communication channels within the company. This role combines technical support, system administration, and social media management to keep both internal users and external audiences engaged.

Key responsibilities

• Manage and maintain computers, laptops, printers, scanners, CCTV and biometric devices.
• Provide first‑line technical support for hardware, software, internet, email and network issues.
• Install, configure and update operating systems, business applications, antivirus and other software.
• Maintain LAN, WAN, Wi‑Fi networks, routers, switches, firewalls and overall network connectivity.
• Monitor system performance and ensure minimal downtime of IT services.
• Administer user accounts, access rights, email accounts, shared folders and perform basic server administration.
• Support ERP, accounting software, attendance systems and other company applications.
• Manage company social media accounts, create and publish posts, banners, videos and promotional material.
• Monitor social media engagement, respond to inquiries and track audience interactions.
• Design marketing collateral such as brochures, presentations and advertisements.
• Maintain and update website content.
• Assist in implementing IT policies, cybersecurity practices and data protection measures.

Required profile

• Two to three years of relevant experience in IT support, system administration and social media handling.
• Ability to work under pressure and respond quickly to technical issues.
