About the role
Microsystems IT is looking for an IT Infrastructure Engineer to join its technical team in Karachi. The role focuses on supporting, maintaining and optimizing on‑premises infrastructure environments for clients.
Key responsibilities
- Operate and troubleshoot day‑to‑day infrastructure services.
- Perform maintenance, performance tuning and optimisation of servers and databases.
- Manage backups, restores and monitoring of SQL/MySQL databases.
Required profile
- 2–4 years of experience in IT infrastructure or system administration.
- Degree in Computer Science, IT or related field.
- Strong problem‑solving, analytical and English communication skills.
- Proactive, reliable and able to work independently or in a team.

- VMware vSphere
- Microsoft Hyper‑V
- Active Directory
- Windows Server
- SQL and MySQL database technologies
- System administration and infrastructure troubleshooting
