IT Lead Infrastructure & Operations

About the role

The IT Lead Infrastructure & Operations acts as the primary interface between the Business/Market team and IT, ensuring operational availability and rapid restoration of all IT services across the region. This includes Network, Compute, Workplace, and Field services, all delivered in line with PepsiCo standards for the Pakistan business.

Key responsibilities

• Set agenda for the Field Services team, prioritize work, and manage performance.
• Identify cost‑reduction opportunities and drive continuous service improvement.
• Oversee incident resolution for Severity 1‑3 events across network, compute, and workplace services.
• Manage IT asset lifecycle in field locations, including onboarding of new employees.
• Coordinate end‑to‑end environment operations, change management, and root‑cause analysis.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or Technology.
• 15+ years of experience in infrastructure delivery and support.
• Strong problem‑solving, communication, and stakeholder‑management skills.
• Ability to work under pressure and lead virtual, multi‑location teams.

Required skills

• Compute, Network, and Digital Workplace services expertise.
• Proficiency with project‑management tools.
• ITIL certification (preferred).
• Agile methodology knowledge (preferred).
