IT Manager – Data Center & Server Operations

About the role

The IT Manager will oversee primary and disaster‑recovery data centers, ensuring 100% server uptime and 24/7 enterprise‑wide system availability. The role involves hands‑on management of servers, virtual environments, networking and storage solutions.

Key responsibilities

• Administer and maintain Active Directory, Kaspersky Enterprise Solution and storage infrastructure.
• Manage HCI modules, virtual machines, networking, backup and recovery for virtual environments.
• Provide server‑end support for LAN/WAN applications, SAN and virtual environments.
• Perform backups, system‑log audits and routine hardware/software troubleshooting.
• Install and configure new server hardware/software and supervise client‑side installations.

Required profile

• Master’s or Bachelor’s degree in IT or related field from a recognized university.
• Minimum 6 years of experience in IT operations, data‑center management or similar.
• Strong technical and communication skills.
