IT Network Instructor – CCNA Certified Networking Teacher

About the role

We are looking for an experienced IT Network Instructor to design and deliver a comprehensive CCNA curriculum. The successful candidate will bridge academic teaching with real‑world networking, preparing students for the Cisco CCNA (200‑301) certification.

Key responsibilities

• Deliver engaging lectures and hands‑on labs covering core CCNA topics such as OSI/TCP‑IP models, IPv4/IPv6, OSPF, VLANs, STP, EtherChannel, ACLs, NAT, and basic network security.
• Develop and continuously update course materials to align with the latest Cisco exam objectives and industry trends.
• Design, configure, and maintain physical or virtual lab environments (Packet Tracer, GNS3, EVE‑NG, or physical racks) for student practice.
• Provide mentorship through office hours, exam‑preparation strategies, and remediation for struggling learners.
• Create quizzes, midterms, and mock CCNA exams that reflect the difficulty and format of the actual certification test.

Required profile

• Minimum 2–3 years of proven classroom or corporate training experience teaching networking concepts.
• Active Cisco CCNA certification (CCNP is a plus).
• Deep understanding of Cisco IOS commands, network troubleshooting, and Wireshark analysis.
• Patient yet rigorous teaching style, able to hold students accountable for CLI mastery.
• Commitment to staying current with Cisco’s evolving exam content, including automation basics.
