IT Support Intern

About the role

The IT Support Intern will join our technical team to assist with the installation, configuration, and maintenance of computer hardware and related peripherals. This short‑term, on‑site role offers hands‑on experience troubleshooting hardware issues and supporting end‑users in a fast‑paced environment.

Key responsibilities

• Install, configure, and maintain desktops, laptops, printers, scanners and other peripherals.
• Troubleshoot and resolve hardware performance, connectivity and compatibility problems.
• Diagnose hardware faults, replace defective components and perform repairs.
• Collaborate with senior IT staff to address complex hardware challenges.
• Install operating systems and post‑OS applications on new and existing machines.
• Document procedures, how‑to guides and post‑troubleshooting steps.

Required profile

• Basic knowledge of laptops, servers and MacBooks.
• Ability to produce clear technical documentation.
• Currently pursuing or holding a Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology or a related field.
• Willingness to work on‑site for a two‑month period.
