IT Systems Administrator – Remote

About the role

We are seeking a remote IT Systems Administrator on a contract basis to manage Linux and Windows server environments for a cutting‑edge AI platform. You will ensure high availability, security, and performance of the infrastructure that supports training data pipelines, model evaluations, and feedback loops across multiple domains.

Key responsibilities

• Administer and maintain Linux and Windows server environments to guarantee maximum uptime.
• Configure systems for scalability and optimal performance.
• Implement and enforce robust security policies.
• Troubleshoot and resolve IT incidents quickly to minimize disruption.
• Monitor system performance and proactively address bottlenecks.
• Collaborate with internal and external IT teams to deliver seamless solutions.
• Create and keep comprehensive documentation of procedures and configurations.

Required profile

• At least 3 years of experience managing Linux and Windows servers.
• Proven ability to configure systems for scalability and performance.
• Strong knowledge of security best practices for IT infrastructure.
• Demonstrated troubleshooting skills with minimal business impact.
• Excellent documentation abilities.
