IT Systems Administrator (Remote)

About the role

We are seeking a remote IT Systems Administrator to manage Linux and Windows server environments for a platform that connects domain experts with frontier AI model development. Key responsibilities

• Administer and maintain Linux and Windows server environments, guaranteeing maximum uptime and reliability.
• Configure systems for scalability and optimal performance.
• Implement and enforce security policies to protect infrastructure.
• Troubleshoot and resolve IT issues quickly to minimize disruption.
• Monitor system performance and proactively address bottlenecks.
• Collaborate with internal and external IT teams to deliver seamless technical solutions.
• Create and maintain comprehensive documentation of system procedures and configurations.

Required profile

• Minimum 3 years of experience administering Linux and Windows server environments.
• Proven ability to configure systems for scalability and performance.
• Strong understanding of security policy implementation.
• Demonstrated troubleshooting skills with minimal business impact.
• Excellent documentation abilities.
