Jr. Technical Project Manager

About the role

The Junior Technical Project Manager will bridge client needs with technical delivery, managing projects from onboarding through post‑deployment support while also handling pre‑sales activities.

Key responsibilities

• Manage full project lifecycle, from requirement gathering to delivery and support.
• Translate business requirements into detailed project plans, technical specifications, and timelines.
• Prepare and present technical and commercial proposals, including pricing and scope.
• Coordinate with development teams to ensure feasibility and on‑time delivery.
• Own pre‑sales and deal‑closing cycles and ensure smooth handover to delivery teams.
• Maintain clear communication with clients, manage expectations, and address concerns proactively.

Required profile

• Minimum 1 + year experience as a Technical Project Manager in software industry.
• Strong understanding of software development lifecycles, agile methodologies, and solution architecture.
• Excellent English communication; IELTS preferred.
• Proven ability to identify upselling and cross‑selling opportunities.

Required skills

• Hands‑on experience with MERN stack, AI/ML, Laravel and mobile frameworks.
• Familiarity with DevOps practices and cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, GCP.
• Proficiency with project management tools like Jira, Notion, Trello.
