Junior Accountant

About the role
The Junior Accountant will join the finance team at HFA Engineering in Karachi. This full‑time, on‑site position supports daily accounting operations, ensuring accurate recording of transactions and compliance with company policies. The role offers exposure to project‑based expense tracking within a fast‑growing engineering firm.
Key responsibilities
- Record daily financial transactions and maintain accounting ledgers.
- Process invoices, payments, petty cash and manage expense documentation.
- Assist with bank reconciliations and preparation of monthly financial reports.
- Maintain project‑wise expense records and vendor account statements.
- Support payroll processing, tax documentation and audit requirements.
Required profile
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or Commerce.
- 1 to 2 years of relevant accounting experience.
- Fair analytical, organizational and communication abilities.
Required skills
- Proficiency in MS Excel.
