About the role
ECPROF is looking for a detail‑oriented and proactive Junior Accountant to join its growing team. The role focuses on purchase order and invoice processing while working the UK shift, offering a solid foundation for an accounting career.
Key responsibilities
- Prepare and manage Purchase Orders (POs)
- Generate and process customer and vendor invoices
- Verify invoices against POs and supporting documentation
- Maintain accurate financial records and reports
- Coordinate with vendors and internal departments for approvals and payments
- Assist with reconciliations and routine accounting tasks
Required profile
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance
- 1–2 years of relevant accounting experience
- Strong knowledge of MS Excel (essential)
- Experience with Xero (preferred)
- Good attention to detail and organizational skills
