Junior Associate Lawyer Internship

About the role

Rigel Law is offering a three‑month on‑site internship in Islamabad for a Junior Associate Lawyer. The position provides hands‑on exposure to legal research, document drafting and case preparation, with the possibility of a permanent associate role and stipend after the internship.

Key responsibilities

• Conduct comprehensive legal research on Pakistani law and case precedents.
• Draft legal documents, contracts and other formal paperwork under supervision.
• Assist senior lawyers in preparing cases and filing court documents.
• Attend court hearings and observe procedural practices.
• Liaise with clients, taking notes and providing updates under guidance.
• Collaborate with senior team members to develop case strategies.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Law (LLB); LLM candidates are preferred.
• Strong analytical and case‑preparation abilities.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to work in a fast‑paced, team‑oriented environment.
• Familiarity with Pakistani legal procedures, court processes and local regulations.
