Junior Business Development Executive

About the role

We are looking for a Junior Business Development Executive to join our software company in Lahore. The role focuses on generating new business opportunities through online freelance platforms and direct client outreach, supporting the growth of our development services.

Key responsibilities

• Identify and secure new projects on platforms such as Upwork, Freelancer, Fiverr, People Per Hour and LinkedIn.
• Communicate client requirements clearly to the development team and ensure alignment throughout the project lifecycle.
• Coordinate task hand‑over between developers and clients, guaranteeing timely and high‑quality delivery.
• Generate leads, prepare tailored proposals and continuously improve business processes.
• Negotiate quotations and close deals while monitoring market trends and competitor activity.

Required profile

• 6 months to 1 year of business development experience in the software/IT sector.
• Strong English communication skills and ability to understand technical terminology.
• Proactive attitude with a focus on customer satisfaction and relationship building.

Required skills

• Familiarity with freelance marketplaces (Upwork, Freelancer, Fiverr, People Per Hour, LinkedIn).
• Good knowledge of software development services and IT terminology.
