About the role

Are you a proactive BBA or MBA graduate with exceptional presentation skills and a drive to kick‑start your career in a dynamic, multi‑faceted role? Laser & Electro‑Optical Solutions (LEOS) is expanding and seeks an energetic Junior Executive to join its Business Development team in Islamabad.

Key responsibilities

Represent LEOS at industry exhibitions, trade shows, and corporate expos.
Assist in hosting, coordinating, and delivering presentations to external delegations and corporate guests.
Support the Business Development team with market research, tender workflows, presentation deck creation, and lead management.
Facilitate delegation visits and create digital content.
Manage business development activities.

Required profile

BBA or MBA degree in Marketing, Management or a related business discipline.
0–2 years of experience or fresh graduate with strong drive, public speaking and creative skills.
Strong communication and presentation abilities, including pitching to visitors.
