About the role
Sarmaya, a TAG Group company, is seeking a motivated Junior Cold Caller to help generate new business opportunities for its AI‑driven solutions. This entry‑level position is ideal for candidates who are confident on the phone, eager to learn, and ready to support a fast‑growing technology firm.
Key responsibilities
- Make outbound calls to prospective clients across target industries.
- Introduce Sarmaya’s solutions and qualify leads for the sales team.
- Maintain accurate call logs and prospect data in the CRM.
- Follow up on leads and schedule discovery meetings.
- Meet daily and weekly call targets.
Required profile
- 0–2 years of experience in cold calling, telemarketing, or customer‑facing roles.
- Clear, confident spoken communication in English.
- Resilience and a positive attitude when facing rejection.
- Basic computer literacy and familiarity with CRM tools.
