Junior Executive Merchandiser

About the role

The Junior Executive Merchandiser supports senior merchandising by coordinating orders, preparing samples, and tracking product development from raw leather to finished goods. The role works closely with clients, production, quality, and logistics teams to align customer requirements with manufacturing capabilities.

Key responsibilities

• Manage client communication, product development, sampling, and order follow‑ups.
• Coordinate with production, procurement, quality assurance, and logistics to ensure smooth order execution.
• Prepare and maintain order sheets, costing breakdowns, and shipment/export documentation.
• Monitor order status, timelines, and delivery schedules to guarantee on‑time shipments.
• Support pricing, negotiations, and new product development initiatives.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Marketing or a related field from a reputable university.
• 4‑5 years of merchandising experience exclusively in the leather or export‑based industry.

Required skills

• Strong understanding of leather manufacturing processes.
• Experience with sampling, costing, and export documentation.
• Excellent coordination, analytical, follow‑up, and problem‑solving abilities.
