Junior Front Sales Executive

About the role

We are looking for a motivated Junior Front Sales Executive to join our Karachi office. You will support the sales team in engaging prospects, preparing proposals and ensuring smooth hand‑offs to delivery.

Key responsibilities

• Assist senior sales colleagues during meetings and calls with prospective and existing clients.
• Prepare basic proposals, quotations and sales documentation.
• Maintain accurate records of leads, opportunities and activities in the CRM system.
• Coordinate with internal delivery and technical teams to guarantee timely follow‑up.
• Participate in lead generation and market research activities.
• Gather client requirements and relay feedback to refine our service offerings.
• Track personal performance against sales targets and contribute to overall business growth.

Required profile

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with a customer‑focused attitude.
• Basic understanding of sales processes such as lead generation, prospecting and follow‑up.
• Interest in digital products, software development, web and mobile applications, and SaaS platforms.
• Strong organizational and time‑management abilities.
• Willingness to work on‑site in Karachi and collaborate in a fast‑paced environment.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, IT or related field (or equivalent experience).

Required skills

• Proficiency with MS Office or Google Workspace.
• Familiarity with CRM tools (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot).
