Junior HR Operations Executive

About the role

Edge is seeking a proactive Junior HR Operations Executive to support core HR functions, workplace administration, and vendor coordination in a hybrid setting.

Key responsibilities

• Maintain accurate employee records, contracts, and HR documentation while supporting onboarding and offboarding processes.
• Serve as first point of contact for employee queries on HR policies, attendance, leave, and workplace matters.
• Oversee day‑to‑day office operations, including facilities, supplies, asset tracking, and office events.
• Coordinate with external vendors, manage contracts, quotations, and ensure timely service delivery.
• Prepare periodic reports on HR operations, office expenses, and vendor performance.

Required profile

• 1–2 years of experience in HR, People Operations, office administration or related field.
• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Management or a related discipline.
• Strong organizational, communication, and problem‑solving abilities with a proactive, hands‑on approach.

Required skills

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office or Google Workspace, especially Excel or Google Sheets.
• Ability to maintain confidential records and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
