Junior Operations Executive (Onsite)

About the role

We are looking for a Junior Operations Executive to provide administrative and operational support for a real‑estate firm that serves international clients. The role is based onsite in DHA Phase 6, Karachi, and involves coordinating daily workflows across departments.

Key responsibilities

• Assist the Operations Executive with administrative tasks and operational support.
• Coordinate activities across departments to ensure workflow efficiency.
• Track tasks, follow‑ups, and monitor deadlines, escalating issues when needed.
• Maintain accurate records, documentation, and operational reports.
• Support scheduling, meeting coordination, and post‑meeting actions.
• Help with process documentation, compliance requirements, and data tracking systems.
• Provide backup for hiring coordination, onboarding, and internal reporting.

Required profile

• 1‑2 years of relevant experience in operations or administrative support.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to maintain confidentiality.
• Excellent organizational and time‑management skills.
• Ability to work Monday‑Saturday, 3 pm‑12 am (mix of office and remote hours).
