About the role
Jacked Nutrition is seeking a Junior Performance Marketer to join its Digital Marketing team in Islamabad. You will work hands‑on across paid media and eCommerce growth, supporting product launches and promotional campaigns.
Key responsibilities
- Launch, monitor and optimise paid campaigns on platforms such as Meta, Google and TikTok.
- Analyse campaign performance, identify optimisation opportunities and prepare performance reports.
- Collaborate with the creative team on ad creatives and testing.
- Support product launches, promotions and sales campaigns.
Required profile
- 1–2 years of experience in performance marketing.
- Hands‑on experience with Meta Ads and basic knowledge of Google Ads.
- Understanding of ROAS, CPA, CPC, CPM, CTR and conversion rates.
- Familiarity with GA4 and Google Sheets/Excel.
- Strong analytical and problem‑solving skills.
