Junior Product Designer

About the role

You will work across multiple client projects at once, designing mobile and web applications from the first wireframe to developer handoff. You will sit close to founders, product managers, and engineers, and your designs will ship fast. This role is for someone early in their career who wants high output, real ownership, and direct feedback.

Key responsibilities

• Design user flows, wireframes, and high‑fidelity screens in Figma for client products.
• Take features from a rough brief to a polished, build‑ready design.
• Build and maintain design systems and component libraries across projects.
• Prepare clean, structured files for developer handoff and support engineers during implementation.
• Iterate quickly on feedback from clients, the design lead, and project managers.
• Contribute to proposals and scoping with screen maps and early concepts.

Required profile

• 0‑1 years of product design experience or a strong portfolio.
• Strong command of Figma, including auto‑layout, components, and variables.
• Clean, editorial design sensibility with strong typography, high contrast, and deliberate spacing.
• Openness to feedback and willingness to discuss design decisions with the team.
• Team player who works well with product managers, engineers, and clients.
• Comfort handling several projects in parallel under real deadlines.
• Working proficiency in English, written and spoken.
