Junior Sales Manager – Educational Textbooks

About the role

We are looking for a motivated Junior Sales Manager to promote our educational textbook curriculum across schools, colleges and universities in Bahawalpur. The role involves building relationships with prospective and existing customers, understanding their needs and driving adoption of our publications.

Key responsibilities

• Visit schools, colleges and higher‑education institutions to present and sell curriculum textbooks.
• Develop and maintain a network of contacts to generate new business opportunities.
• Achieve sales targets within the assigned territory.
• Ensure compliance with company policies, standards and values.
• Prepare sales reports and provide market feedback to the management team.

Required profile

• Master’s degree in a relevant field.
• 2–3 years of sales experience, preferably in the education sector.
• Strong communication, interpersonal and presentation abilities.
• Excellent English language proficiency.
• Effective time‑management and ability to work independently or as part of a team.
• Valid driving licence and willingness to travel for business.

Required skills

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
