Junior Social Media Manager

About the role

Rauf Production is looking for a creative and results‑driven Social Media Manager to manage and grow its social media presence. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of social media marketing, content creation, audience engagement, and digital trends.

Key responsibilities

• Manage the company's accounts across Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, YouTube, LinkedIn, Pinterest, and X.
• Develop and execute social media marketing strategies.
• Create and maintain a consistent content calendar.
• Plan, publish, and optimise engaging social media content.
• Write creative captions, hooks, and calls‑to‑action.
• Monitor comments, messages, trends, and audience engagement.
• Research trending topics, hashtags, sounds, and content formats.
• Track metrics such as reach, views, engagement, and follower growth.
• Analyse performance and recommend improvements.
• Collaborate with production and creative teams on content ideas.

Required profile

• 1–2 years of experience in social media management, digital marketing, or related fields.
• Strong knowledge of major social media platforms.
• Good written and verbal communication skills.
• Creative thinking and strong content ideation abilities.
• Understanding of social media analytics and performance metrics.
• Ability to manage multiple platforms and tasks, with strong organisational and time‑management skills.
• Capability to work independently and as part of a creative team.
