Key Account & Business Coordination Manager

About the role

The Key Account & Business Coordination Manager will lead strategic partnerships across the Jazz ecosystem, acting as the primary liaison between JazzSure Insurance and key partners such as GSM, JLV, and other JazzWorld entities. The role focuses on unlocking new growth opportunities and expanding insurance solutions across consumer, SME, and enterprise segments.

Key responsibilities

• Own and manage strategic relationships with GSM, JLV, and other assigned JazzWorld entities and corporate accounts.
• Develop and execute account growth strategies aimed at revenue generation, customer retention, and product adoption.
• Identify, commercialize, and scale insurance solutions across multiple customer segments.
• Maintain a robust pipeline of partnership opportunities and convert them into sustainable premium and revenue growth.
• Lead end‑to‑end execution of strategic initiatives from concept through launch and performance tracking.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Finance or related field; MBA preferred.
• 6‑8 years of experience in key account management, corporate sales, business development or partnerships.
• Minimum 3 years managing senior‑level client or strategic partner relationships.
• Exposure to embedded insurance, bancassurance, telco‑insurance or digital partnership models is a strong advantage.

Required skills

• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel for business modeling and analytics.
• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft PowerPoint for executive presentations.
