Key Account Manager – Classified Sales

About the role

The Key Account Manager – Classified Sales will own and grow relationships with Zameen.com's most important real‑estate clients, including developers, agencies and corporate partners. The role focuses on generating revenue through classified advertising solutions while ensuring high client satisfaction.

Key responsibilities

• Build and maintain long‑term relationships with a portfolio of key real‑estate clients.
• Achieve monthly, quarterly and annual sales and revenue targets.
• Identify new business opportunities, onboard strategic clients and drive upsell/cross‑sell initiatives.
• Conduct client meetings, presentations and product demonstrations.
• Recommend tailored advertising and marketing solutions based on client needs.
• Negotiate commercial terms and close sales opportunities.
• Manage renewals of classified advertising subscriptions and service agreements.
• Collaborate with Marketing, Customer Success, Finance and Operations to ensure seamless campaign execution.
• Prepare sales forecasts, pipeline updates and account performance reports using the CRM system.
• Resolve client concerns promptly while maintaining high satisfaction levels.

Required profile

• 2–3 years of experience in B2B sales or key account management.
• Experience in real estate, classified advertising, digital media or property portals is an advantage.
• Proven ability to consistently achieve or exceed sales targets.

Required skills

• Proficiency with CRM systems for tracking client interactions and sales activities.
