Key Account Manager - Enterprise Sales

About the role

PTCL is seeking a Key Account Manager to drive revenue growth and deliver high‑quality services to its key enterprise customers in the South region. The role focuses on building strong customer relationships, expanding the business pipeline, and ensuring client satisfaction.

Key responsibilities

• Achieve zonal enterprise sales revenue targets and contribute to overall Enterprise Solutions growth.
• Strengthen and expand the business development pipeline to sustain sales growth.
• Drive B2B revenue through new products and solutions such as Cloud, Microsoft, ICT, and Managed Services.
• Improve receivables management for timely collections and healthy cash flow.
• Ensure timely renewal and revision of customer contracts to enhance retention and minimize churn.
• Acquire new key customers and secure large ICT projects to broaden the enterprise solutions portfolio.

Required profile

• Bachelor's degree in Business with a specialization in Marketing.
• Strong knowledge of market dynamics and relationships with relevant departments (IT, Procurement, Admin, etc.).
• Understanding of ICT and telecom products.

Required skills

• Relevant sales experience.
• Good communication skills.
• ICT & telecom knowledge.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (Word, PowerPoint, Excel).
