Key Account Manager

About the role

We are seeking an experienced Key Account Manager to manage an assigned pool of clients within a designated area. The successful candidate will drive business growth through new client acquisition, recovering lost clients, and maintaining strong relationships with active clients.

Key responsibilities

• Manage a portfolio of active, lost, and untapped clients within the assigned area
• Conduct a minimum of 5 client meetings per day
• Develop and implement strategies to add new clients and grow existing relationships
• Recover lost clients and identify opportunities to re‑engage
• Maintain a strong relationship with active clients to ensure customer satisfaction and loyalty
• Enter daily task entries in CRM to track progress and performance
• Achieve monthly and quarterly revenue targets

Required profile

• Proven experience in account management or a related field
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
• Strong strategic thinking and problem‑solving abilities
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office
• Strong time management and organizational skills
• Ability to meet and exceed revenue targets
