Key Account Manager (On‑Site)

About the role

We are seeking a driven Key Account Manager to be the primary liaison between VQ and its strategic retail partners in Islamabad and Rawalpindi. The role focuses on strengthening existing relationships, expanding sales volume, and ensuring the brand is presented consistently across all retail touch‑points.

Key responsibilities

• Manage, grow and retain a portfolio of key retail accounts.
• Build long‑term relationships with buyers and category managers.
• Identify and develop new business opportunities within existing accounts.
• Lead commercial negotiations including pricing, margins, promotions and agreements.
• Prepare and present tailored commercial proposals and sales forecasts.
• Coordinate with marketing, product, supply‑chain and finance teams for seamless execution.
• Support product launches, promotions and retail activations.
• Monitor account performance, sales trends and stock levels.
• Ensure timely follow‑ups, reporting and accurate account documentation.

Required profile

• Minimum 2–3 years experience managing key accounts in a B2B environment, preferably retail, consumer electronics, SDA or lifestyle brands.
• Strong understanding of retail dynamics and commercial negotiations.
• Excellent communication, negotiation and relationship‑management skills.
• Ability to work collaboratively across cross‑functional teams.
• Highly organized, detail‑oriented and commercially driven.
• Strategic mindset with a hands‑on execution approach.
• Passion for design, innovation and home/lifestyle products.
• Based in Islamabad or Rawalpindi.
