Key Account Manager Sales

About the role

Arwen Tech is seeking a proactive Key Account Manager to drive sales growth and nurture long‑term relationships with major clients in Karachi. You will act as the primary liaison for key accounts, ensuring their needs are met while expanding business opportunities.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and maintain trust‑based relationships with a portfolio of major clients.
• Understand customer requirements deeply and propose tailored solutions.
• Maintain and grow current business in the assigned territory, meeting or exceeding yearly targets.
• Negotiate and close commercial agreements in line with company guidelines.
• Achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales quotas.
• Train customers and their teams on the full product line, marketing, and advertising programs.
• Manage bid submissions and participate in sales promotion activities.
• Provide rapid resolution of product issues and coordinate with Accounts Receivable on credit matters.
• Participate in opportunity‑mapping sessions, vendor selection meetings, and keep sales CRM records up‑to‑date.
• Prepare weekly reports and quarterly review materials for senior management.

• Highly motivated, reliable, and driven to exceed sales plans.
• Strong account‑management and relationship‑building capabilities.

Required skills

• Proficiency with MS Office.
