Key Account Manager – Supply Chain

About the role

We are looking for an experienced, commercially driven Key Account Manager to lead our Choice (consignment) business. You will be the main point of contact for high‑value sellers and brands, responsible for onboarding new partners, expanding product assortments, and delivering sustainable revenue growth.

Key responsibilities

• Identify, prospect, and onboard new sellers and brands in line with category and assortment strategies.
• Build and maintain long‑term relationships with senior stakeholders at partner organisations.
• Drive assortment expansion by encouraging partners to list new products, categories, and exclusive lines.
• Monitor account performance, analyse sales and inventory data, and create action plans to improve contribution.
• Own revenue targets, GMV, and contribution goals for the assigned portfolio.
• Develop joint business plans, identify cross‑selling and upselling opportunities, and prepare regular business reviews for leadership.
• Collaborate with category management, merchandising, marketing, operations, and finance teams to ensure seamless onboarding and ongoing support.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Commerce or a related field.
• 3–5 years of experience in key account management, business development or commercial roles, preferably in e‑commerce, retail, marketplace or consignment environments.
• Proven track record of acquiring and managing seller or brand accounts and meeting revenue targets.
• Strong understanding of consignment, marketplace or e‑commerce operating models.
• Excellent negotiation, presentation and stakeholder‑management abilities.
• Fluent written and verbal communication in English; additional languages are a plus.
