Lead Expert - Education & Career Advisory

About the role

NES Consultancy, a consultancy offering international education, study abroad admissions, visa assistance, career development and business consultancy, is hiring a Lead Expert. This is a full-time, on-site / remote and hybrid position based in the Mandi Bahauddin District. The Lead Expert oversees client advisory services such as education guidance, admissions counseling, visa support and career development planning.

Key responsibilities

• Manage client case files and ensure accurate documentation and timely follow-up.
• Coordinate with universities, employers and partner organizations.
• Lead consultations and design tailored solutions for students and professionals.
• Contribute to business consultancy projects for local and international clients.
• Mentor junior team members and help improve internal processes.

Required profile

• Experience in education consultancy, career guidance or similar client-facing services.
• Knowledge of international education systems, admissions processes, visa requirements and global job market trends.
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Education, Management, Social Sciences or a related field; advanced qualifications are an advantage.
• Prior experience in a consultancy, education agency or international placement firm is highly beneficial.
• Ability to work on-site in Mandi Bahauddin District and manage several client cases in a small, dynamic team.

Required skills

• Advisory and counseling skills, with strong communication and interpersonal abilities.
• Solid organizational and documentation skills, with attention to detail in applications, records and compliance.
• Experience in business consultancy, recruitment or HR functions, including basic knowledge of company formation and taxation.
• Proficiency with common office software, online application portals and digital collaboration tools.
