Lead Finance - Night Shift

About the role

10Pearls is looking for an experienced Finance Lead to own the US Accounts Payable function and provide financial reporting, accounting, and analytical support across multiple LATAM business units. This night‑shift position combines strong accounting expertise with operational leadership to ensure accurate reporting, efficient payments, and robust controls.

Key responsibilities

• Lead end‑to‑end US Accounts Payable, including invoice intake, validation, coding, approval workflows, and payment processing.
• Manage vendor reconciliations, resolve payment disputes, and oversee wire transfers, ACH, and other payment methods.
• Conduct and review intercompany reconciliations, ensuring balances, transactions, and eliminations are accurately recorded.
• Drive month‑end and year‑end close activities for assigned LATAM business units, preparing P&L, balance sheet, and management reports.
• Perform variance analysis, investigate material fluctuations, and provide actionable insights to finance leadership.
• Support budgeting, forecasting, and management reporting processes.
• Partner with regional stakeholders to understand business drivers and monitor key financial metrics.
• Collaborate with local finance teams and external advisors on tax, statutory, and regulatory matters.

Required profile

• Proven experience leading an Accounts Payable function and handling intercompany reconciliations.
• Strong knowledge of US GAAP, month‑end/year‑end close, and financial reporting.
• Ability to work independently, manage escalations, and guide junior finance team members.
• Excellent analytical skills with a focus on delivering accurate, timely insights.
