Lead Generation and Data Scraping Specialist

About the role

We are looking for a remote Lead Generation and Data Scraping Specialist to support Xinix’s sales and marketing efforts. You will identify, extract and organise potential customer information to fuel targeted campaigns across our global VoIP services.

Key responsibilities

• Conduct market research to discover new business opportunities.
• Extract, clean and structure prospect data from various online sources.
• Generate and maintain lead lists for sales and marketing teams.
• Ensure data accuracy and compliance with company standards.
• Collaborate with sales and marketing colleagues to improve lead quality and conversion rates.

Required profile

• Proven experience in lead generation and prospect identification.
• Strong background in market research and data‑driven strategies.
• Excellent communication skills for internal coordination and external outreach.
• Sales‑oriented mindset with a focus on converting leads into opportunities.
• Highly detail‑oriented, organized and able to work independently in a remote environment.
