Lead Generation Caller (Cold Calling) - Outsourcing Unit

About the role

Seva Signs' Outsourcing Unit is looking for a confident, results-driven Lead Generation Caller to support its international business development efforts. The role involves outbound cold calling to prospects in the US market, particularly Texas, and generating qualified leads. The position is on-site in Karachi during the 7:00 PM to 4:00 AM shift.

Key responsibilities

• Conduct outbound cold calls to prospective clients to promote outsourcing services and generate qualified leads.
• Identify and research prospects using lead databases, online research and targeted contact lists.
• Qualify leads by assessing business needs, interest and potential fit.
• Build rapport, handle objections and communicate professionally with international prospects.
• Follow up with interested prospects and schedule qualified opportunities for the sales team.
• Maintain call logs, prospect details and follow-up records in CRM systems.
• Monitor lead status, update contact databases and work toward lead generation targets.

Required profile

• 2-4 years of experience in cold calling, telemarketing, lead generation or outbound B2B sales.
• Excellent spoken English, communication skills and professional telephone etiquette.
• Strong persuasion, objection-handling and relationship-building abilities.
• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing or a related field preferred.
• Comfortable working on-site in Karachi during the 7:00 PM-4:00 AM shift.

Required skills

• Familiarity with CRM platforms, lead databases and sales tracking tools.
• Ability to engage US-based prospects and work according to US business hours.
