Lead Generation Cold Caller – US Night Shift (Onsite)

About the role

Bright Solutions is seeking energetic individuals to join its call centre team as Lead Generation Cold Callers. The position works on the US night shift, providing support to customers and generating sales leads from a Karachi‑based office.

Key responsibilities

• Make outbound cold calls to US prospects during the designated shift (9 AM–5 PM US time).
• Identify potential customers, qualify leads, and record accurate information in the CRM system.
• Maintain a high level of professionalism and adhere to call scripts and quality standards.
• Achieve daily and weekly call volume and conversion targets.
• Provide basic customer support and resolve inquiries when needed.

Required profile

• Strong desire to build a long‑term career in a call‑centre environment.
• Energetic, confident, and quick learner.
• Excellent English communication skills (speaking, writing, and comprehension).
• Self‑motivated with a professional attitude.
• Willingness to commit to at least one year of employment.
