Lead Generation Executive – Cold Caller

About the role

We are seeking a motivated Lead Generation Executive to drive outbound prospecting efforts for AQ Technologies. The role involves making high‑volume calls to business owners, CEOs, IT managers and other decision‑makers to generate qualified leads and schedule sales meetings while maintaining accurate records in our CRM system.

Key responsibilities

• Make a high volume of outbound calls each day to prospective business clients across various industries.
• Identify and engage key decision‑makers such as owners, CEOs, and IT managers to understand their needs.
• Generate qualified business leads and book meetings for the sales team, ensuring a steady pipeline.
• Accurately capture call details, outcomes and follow‑up actions in the CRM platform.
• Conduct timely follow‑up with prospects to nurture relationships and move leads through the sales funnel.
• Achieve daily, weekly and monthly KPIs related to call volume, lead quality and meeting bookings.
• Collaborate with sales and technical teams to ensure smooth handover of qualified leads.
• Provide feedback on campaign performance and suggest improvements to outreach scripts.

Required profile

• At least 1 year of experience in cold calling, telemarketing, appointment setting or a similar outbound sales role.
• Excellent spoken English with strong verbal communication skills.
• Comfortable handling high‑volume outbound call activity and maintaining a positive attitude.
• Willingness to learn, adapt and take ownership of targets.
• Good computer literacy; prior experience with a CRM system is a plus.
