Lead Generation Executive – Entry Level

About the role

ABS International is looking for motivated individuals to join its Gulistan‑e‑Johar branch as Lead Generation Executives. You will make outbound calls to US‑based prospects, start conversations, gauge interest and identify genuine business opportunities.

Key responsibilities

• Make outbound calls to US prospects during the 6 PM‑2 AM shift, Monday‑Saturday.
• Qualify leads according to provided training and hand them over to the senior sales team.
• Maintain accurate call logs and follow internal processes.

Required profile

• Good spoken and written English; confident communication with US contacts.
• Full availability for the specified shift and on‑site work at the Johar branch.
• Students or candidates with any prior call‑center, BPO or customer‑service experience are welcome, but not mandatory.
